We have built our database structure with call centers in mind.
So you will get all the CRM features you might expect but you can use them in some
unique, special ways.
Demographics
For example, if you know the age of the persons you are calling, you can tell ProtCall:
do not call people over 65 years of age after 3 pm. They are probably taking a nap
and we are just gonna' get them mad waking them up.
Or you can say, get all male clients that are above 45 years old and have an annual
income above 200.000 $, add them to this campaign and call them to sell them Ferraris,
or stop calling phone numbers in Antarctica for the refrigerator telesales, etc ... well ,
you get the idea.
You can probably do most of these things with a good CRM too, but we have some call
center specific features as well.
Geolocation
If you know the address of the people you are calling, ProtCall can use Yahoo's
and Google's free geolocation service to determine the (almost) exact coordinates
for the GPS location you are dialing.
How does this help your call center? It helps if you are calling to setup leads
and appointments. This way your operators can tell that your agent is having
a meeting at 10 am about 500 miles away from the person you are currently talking
to. Do not set an appointment at 11 am, set the appointment the next day, or
sometimes in the evening. It doesn't sound like much, but your agents will love the fact that
they can now have enough time between meetings to drive there.
