Computer telephony integration
ProtCall features a full set of CTI features. This means our
sever is responsible for all call events: dialing, answering, transferring, assigning
calls, etc. You operators will need to have their SIP phones set to AutoAnswer,
and will never have to work with the phone again.
There are many upsides to use our integrated CTI. The most obvious advantage is
operator efficiency. Without having to dial the phone numbers manually, or answering
and hanging up you are essentially saving them a lot of time. Using one of our Smart
Dialers you can actually improve the operator's contact rate by 100% up to 300%
compared to a manual dialing mode.
Another good reason is information. Because ProtCall is responsible for all
phone events we can now log and store all the essential time information you want
for your statistics. You can now find out the exact time, in seconds, that the operator
has been working, the time he has been talking on the phone, or the number of seconds
he has lost while waiting for the other end to answer.
