Automatic Call Recording
There are many ways you can decide to use our integrated call recording features.
There is operator selective recording, where the operator decides what calls he or she wants to save.
This saves a lot of disk space and only records call that your operators need to save for later viewing. (e.g. they have
a question they want to pass to the supervisor about this call, or maybe they just made a phone sale and they need that record as proof)
There is operator monitor recording, where your supervisors decide to record a percentage of some operator's calls during a period of time.
ProtCall will automatically record these calls and compile one big audio file for your trainers or supervisors.
And of course, you can always simply record all your incoming and outgoing calls. We provide instant access to recordings in .wav format, and
.mp3 format just a few minutes after the call (conversion to mp3 takes a little bit of time).
