Operator Training
We have integrated operator monitoring and training directly into our system.
Your supervisors can easily record, monitor and coach your new operators. A special audio setting
allows your trainee to hear the supervisor's advice in the headsets, but the client at the other end of the call
only hears your newbie operator.
And Operator Reports
Since we are monitoring and logging so many things in ProtCall, it becomes very easy to generate powerful
performance reports.
We can show you how each individual operator is doing, how they are doing as a group, we can alert you if
some operator's performance is starting to drop , and we can even tell you what operators are better suited for each campaign.
