You can build a survey directly inside ProtCall in
matter of minutes. Multiple answers, answer lists, ratings, preference matrix, branching,
conditional items and conditional formatting, item validation. We've searched for everything you could need
to build any survey and we implemented it. Any kind of survey you can take over the phone, you can build using
our Web Form Designer.
And we easily export all the results of the survey, we can even e-mail them
automatically each day at a specified time.
Leads and appointments
We have a great support for leads and appointments campaign.
You setup a list of agents and their available schedules, and we automatically display
their agenda to each operator calling in this campaign. It is all centralized and
real time, so it's not possible for two operators to setup two appointments at the
same time for the same agent.
If you are using our geolocating features, we can even determine the distance between
two addresses and instruct the operators to leave enough time for the agent to drive
from one appointment to another.
