ProtCall can support virtually any type of inbound or outbound campaign activities: telesales, appointments generation, lead tracking, financial services, customer support, any operation you can imagine doing in your call center, we can imagine supporting it.

Whatever your activity is, you can setup a new campaign and start calling people within a few minutes. There is no need for programmers to code specific screens. There is no need to call us for customization. You can build your own campaigns from within the application, and it's quite easy too.




Report Generator

Our reports are built for call centers, and will show you your call center performance and operator's performance. We can give you live statistics about almost anything you are interested about your call center operations: calls, minutes, talk times per hour, what operators are lagging behind, and where you are losing time in your calls.

We can give you detailed reports for every second of activity for your operators: from simple performance indicators to obscure data like seconds spent waiting for old clients to answer the phone, or the time spent re-scheduling ineffective calls.

Inbound / Outbound blended mode

We can support inbound and outbound call operations for all you call center activities. Your operators can work in a blended mode, seamlessly combining inbound and outbound campaigns to reduce queue times and to eliminate wasted time when your inbound queues are empty.



Survey and Questionnaires

You can build a survey directly inside ProtCall in matter of minutes. Multiple answers, answer lists, ratings, preference matrix, branching, conditional items and conditional formatting, item validation. We've searched for everything you could need to build any survey and we implemented it. Any kind of survey you can take over the phone, you can build using our Web Form Designer.

And we easily export all the results of the survey, we can even e-mail them automatically each day at a specified time.




Leads and appointments

We have a great support for leads and appointments campaign. You setup a list of agents and their available schedules, and we automatically display their agenda to each operator calling in this campaign. It is all centralized and real time, so it's not possible for two operators to setup two appointments at the same time for the same agent.

If you are using our geolocating features, we can even determine the distance between two addresses and instruct the operators to leave enough time for the agent to drive from one appointment to another.
