User licensing

ProtCall is licensed based on the total number of named users with currently active accounts.

To get the most benefit out of ProtCall, you can sign up for a support contract which entitles you to all upgrades and unlimited tech support 24x7.

Prices


Licence prices for ProtCall start at 449€ per user, but can go down depending on the number of licences you want to buy and the number of offices/locations you want it installed.


Installing the software in one location (or one office) is 500€ per server. Usually you need one server for each 60 - 80 operators.


We do not charge you for operator training, and for the first 2 months you get free technical support. After that period the "24x7 Technical Support" contract costs 7.5€ per licence per month (about 25 cents per day).


Software subscription costs an aditional 2.5€ per month per licence and entitles you to get the latest version, including major relases and service packs.
